Pond Man Ltd collects personal data about you when you sign up to one of our newsletters. This information includes your name and email address.
How we use it
By subscribing, you consent to us communicating with you about the content you have selected. We will only keep your personal data for the period of time you are subscribed to our email updates. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so by using the link at the bottom of each email you receive, or by emailing unsubscribe@pond-man.co.uk
We use a third party provider, Mailerlite, based in the United States, to manage subscriptions and deliver our email updates through their standard service. Mailerlite participates in, and has certified its compliance with, a recognised EU-U.S. privacy framework. Your rights
